Terms and Conditions

I am a hypnotherapist & acupuncturist, as I love helping people. So I really don’t like this bit. If you need to cancel or reschedule please give me as much time as possible, so I can fill your vacant slot. Preferably give me a quick courtesy call. This way we can avoid any cancellation or rescheduling fees. Deposits non-refundable. Cancel/reschedule only once, with 3 days notice. Packages- non-refundable. 

1. Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients may reschedule once without penalty, if they give 3 days’ notice.
• Clients must reschedule within 1 week.
• Any additional rescheduling or those made with less than 3 days’ notice, will incur 100% of the session fee.
• (as I need time to fill this now empty slot)

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the session fee.

3. Booking Policy:

• All appointments must be booked in advance. By telephone, Whats App or Calendly.
• Clients are asked to confirm attendance 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

4. No-show Policy:

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the session fee.

5. Late Arrival:

• Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, if there is a client booked in after yours. Although an understanding approach will be taken, especially as the traffic in Dartford is not the best!

6. Payment Terms:

• Payment must be made before the session begins.
• Payments are often taken via a secure payment link sent the day before the scheduled session.
• All payments/deposits are non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality:

• All sessions are confidential. No information will be shared without written consent.

8. Refunds:

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. 

• This includes payments for packages, past-life regression, and life between lives, as well as all deposits.

9. Paid-for sessions

These must be used within 90 days. Unless agreed otherwise.
