Have you watched the brilliant movie that is ‘Limitless’? In this film the excellent Bradley Cooper is failing miserably in life…no motivation, poor concentration and no focus. Until one day he takes this new unlicensed illegal medication, called NZT. Within seconds he becomes super sharp and super motivated. Suddenly he could work for hours and hours at an extremely high rate and level. Impressing his boss’s so much that he instantly gets a book deal and promotion…and of course the girl!

I used to work in a gym and would often notice how differently some people train. Many would join with great motivation, but in a short time would come less and less. Or when they were in the gym would be very lackadaisical in their approach to working out. They’d often spend more time on their phone than they would actually working out. What a complete waste of time…to spend money joining a gym, then pack your gym bag with necessary equipment/clothes, physically travel to the gym and then spend half your time messaging/scrolling…all stuff you can do at home.
Another type of person I noticed was laser focused. When they were in the gym it was if they were on the battlefield. Their mind-set was 100% focused on getting the absolute most of the time they had for that session today.
