We are born with only two fears, loud noises and falling. Although babies are not ever worrying about these fears, only if they happen. Unlike us adults, who spend needless time worrying about fears that often never happen. Hypnosis has many different techniques to remove these fears, lessen the fears, take the intensity out of the fear or phobia. Regression can be used to revisit the initial sensitizing event and then use NLP to lessen its intensity.
Memories are fluid. Every time you access a memory you alter it, in some way. In hypnosis we use this phenomenon to your advantage, so that the memory is changed and no longer has the negative emotion attached to it.
